Leadership Coaching

I provide 1:1 coaching services to successful people who want to bring out the best in themselves and others.  Regular 1:1 sessions typically result in uncovering self-limiting beliefs, developing new skills and behaviors, building stronger relationships, increasing self-confidence and more time to focus on what’s most important. 

Coaching Options:

  • 6 One-On-One sessions over 3–6 months
  • 12 One-On-One sessions over 6–12 months
  • Team Development – sessions and schedule based on desired results

Assessment Options:

  • Highlands Abilities Battery – The gold standard in human assessment tools that objectively measures cognitive abilities and personal characteristics, innate abilities that are not related to your level of education, job title, gender, age, culture, etc.

  • Myers-Briggs Type Indicator – A personality test that can provide insight into your perception, decision making, leadership skills, and other attributes that may contribute to your personal or professional success.

  • 360 Assessment – A form of feedback in which skills, effectiveness and influence are rated by a set of stakeholders who are selected by you (eg. manager, peers, direct reports, customers, colleagues, others).


  • One-On-One coaching:
    • Administration and review of assessment(s)
    • 6–12 one-on-one coaching sessions
    • Administration of post-coaching assessment and plan to stay on track
    • Unlimited email and phone check-ins, as needed

  • Team Development: partner with leader to increase team performance and independence resulting in leader having more time to focus on what’s most important
    • Set expectations and check-ins with sponsor
    • Build foundation for high performance with team
      • First meeting preparation with team lead and sponsor
      • Facilitate team development and agreements with team
      • Three one-on-one sessions with team lead
    • Unlimited email and phone check-ins, as needed
